This website is operated under the registered Australian business name Global Daily Profits, referred to publicly as GDP, and is based in Victoria, Australia. Questions may be directed to team@globaldailyprofits.com.

This policy explains how GDP handles personal information associated with this website, direct enquiries and Private Preview requests.

GDP aims to apply privacy safeguards even where a particular activity may fall within a small-business exemption under Australian privacy law. The legal position can depend on GDP's activities, turnover, clients and the kinds of information handled.

2. This website

This is a public informational website. It does not use a website enquiry form, live chatbot, voice assistant or advertising service. It does not use tracking pixels, advertising cookies, analytics cookies or third-party web analytics.

The Contact page provides an email link. If you choose to email GDP, your message passes through your email provider and GDP's email provider. GDP receives the contact details, business information and message content you choose to provide.

Please do not send passwords, verification codes, customer records, health information, financial information or other sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

3. Information GDP may handle

Depending on the interaction, GDP may handle:

• your name, role and business contact details;
• the business name, website and public profile details you identify;
• the problem or opportunity you ask GDP to consider;
• your correspondence with GDP;
• confirmed permissions, selected Private Preview elements and consent records; and
• publicly available business information relevant to an agreed assessment.

Publicly available business information may still contain personal information. GDP should collect and use only what is reasonably needed for the agreed purpose.

4. Why information may be used

GDP may use relevant information to:

• respond to an enquiry;
• confirm that the correct business has been identified;
• confirm that a person is the owner or an authorised representative;
• prepare a specifically requested Private Preview;
• provide, secure and improve an agreed service;
• maintain permission, approval and activity records;

GDP should not quietly expand information use beyond the purpose explained at collection.

5. Private Previews and public business information

A request for a Private Preview does not by itself authorise unrestricted collection, publication, advertising, customer contact, profile changes or operation of a live customer system.

Before preparation begins, GDP should identify the intended business, confirm the requested preview scope and record the applicable permission. Publication and customer-facing use remain separate decisions.

6. AI systems and human review

Selected AI systems may later assist with research, classification, summarisation, drafting and demonstration preparation. GDP remains responsible for defining their purpose and authority.

This website does not operate a live customer assistant or use personal information to make consequential automated decisions. If those features are proposed, GDP will explain the information involved, the role of automation and the available human review before those features are activated.

7. Marketing communications

Marketing consent is separate from a request for information, a Private Preview or delivery of an agreed service. Where consent is required, GDP should record when and how it was given and provide a practical way to withdraw it.

8. Service providers and overseas handling

Ordinary communications may involve email, hosting, security or other technology providers. Future services may require additional approved platforms. Providers may process information in Australia or overseas, depending on their infrastructure and contractual arrangements.

Netlify hosts this website and may process ordinary hosting and security information needed to deliver and protect it. Netlify's handling is subject to its own terms, privacy practices and infrastructure. Any new information-handling feature requires separate review and approval before activation.

Before introducing a form, chatbot, analytics system, customer platform or other information-handling service, GDP should assess the provider, required access, processing locations and contractual safeguards, then update this policy where necessary.

9. Security and retention

GDP should use safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the information and the consequences of misuse. These may include restricted access, strong authentication, encryption where appropriate, activity records, controlled exports and secure disposal.

Information should be retained only while it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, an agreed service, legitimate record keeping or a legal obligation. Retention periods should be defined before higher-risk systems become operational.
