Website Terms of Use
Clear expectations protect the visitor, the business and the integrity of the work.
Effective date: 12 September 2026
1. About these terms
This website is operated under the registered Australian business name Global Daily Profits, referred to publicly as GDP, and is based in Victoria, Australia. Questions may be directed to team@globaldailyprofits.com.
These terms govern use of the GDP website. They describe the conditions on which GDP makes its public informational material available.
Using this website does not create a client services agreement, agency relationship, partnership, employment relationship or authority for GDP to act on behalf of a visitor or business.
2. Information on the website
The website describes GDP's service areas and examples of governed workflows for Australian local service businesses. It provides general information and does not constitute legal, financial, accounting, employment, safety or other professional advice.
These descriptions reflect services GDP may assess, configure or provide. The website does not itself operate as a live self-service platform. Availability, suitability, technical scope, integrations and permitted actions are confirmed separately for each engagement.
3. Private Preview requests
Sending an enquiry or requesting a Private Preview starts a conversation only. It does not create a client services agreement, agency relationship, partnership or authority for GDP to act for a business.
A Private Preview is an exploratory demonstration prepared from confirmed business details, agreed public information and specifically recorded permission. It is not a live customer system, completed professional audit or approved public campaign.
Permission to prepare a Private Preview does not authorise publication, advertising, customer contact, messages, bookings, profile changes, account access or deployment. Each later activity requires separate agreement and appropriate authority.
Demonstration video or generated material should be private, watermarked and clearly distinguishable from an approved final asset.
4. Client services require a separate agreement
No paid or continuing service begins merely because someone visits the website, sends an enquiry or receives a Private Preview. Any client engagement should be governed by a separate proposal or services agreement covering the approved scope, fees, responsibilities, deliverables, access, suppliers, intellectual property, privacy, support and termination.
5. Results and performance claims
GDP does not guarantee rankings, enquiries, bookings, revenue, review volume, customer behaviour, staff recruitment outcomes or inclusion in an AI-generated answer.
Research, scores, simulations and recommendations are evidence to support decisions. They may be affected by incomplete information, changing platforms, location, competition, timing and third-party systems. Uncertainty and matters requiring verification should remain visible.
6. Information and authority supplied by a business
A person asking GDP to assess or work with a business should provide accurate information and must not misrepresent their identity, role or authority. They should have the right to supply any material and grant the permission requested.
Do not provide credentials, customer records, confidential information or sensitive personal information through an ordinary initial email. Access to an account or higher-risk information must use a separately approved and appropriately protected process.
7. Intellectual property and customer material
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original wording, visual design, branding and demonstration materials are owned by or licensed to GDP and remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Customer-supplied material and third-party material remain subject to their existing rights and licences. GDP does not claim ownership merely because material is supplied, linked, analysed or used with permission.
Ownership and permitted use of reports, videos, assistant configurations and other commissioned deliverables should be defined in the applicable services agreement. A Private Preview may not be published, altered, resold or represented as a completed live service without written permission.
8. AI assistance and human responsibility
AI systems may assist with research, analysis, drafting or demonstrations. Their output may be incomplete or incorrect and should be checked in proportion to its importance.
Information is not the same as authority to act. Recommendations, standing approvals, case-specific confirmations and human-only decisions should remain distinguishable. The responsible business owner or authorised person retains control of consequential business and customer decisions.
9. Third-party platforms and links
The website may refer or link to services operated by other organisations. Those services have their own availability, terms, privacy practices and technical limits. GDP does not control them merely by linking to or discussing them.
Netlify hosts the GDP website. Netlify and any other third-party platform referred to or used in connection with GDP have their own availability, terms, privacy practices and technical limits.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website or GDP material to impersonate another person, misrepresent a business, fabricate a customer experience, evade a platform's controls, compromise security, infringe rights or conduct unlawful activity.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
12. Responsibility and availability
To the extent permitted by law, GDP is not responsible for loss caused solely by unauthorised use, inaccurate information supplied by another person, independent third-party platform changes or reliance on material clearly identified as provisional or requiring verification.
GDP may correct, update, suspend or withdraw website material. Material changes affecting an agreed client service should be handled under the applicable services agreement rather than these general website terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia. The identity used for any paid engagement should be stated in the applicable proposal or services agreement.
